Tri bolt gasket included along with hardware. This "might" not pass smog in some states. Most likely will not throw a check engine light, but it might since this is a 200 Cell High Flow Cats vs your very restricted and possibly clogged cats. Fits all 2000-2009 S2k, including CR's. Our High Flow Cats only weighs 6 lbs. Just like your OEM Cats, ours uses a stamped OEM style flange. This will bolt-on to your stock header or any aftermarket headers with a leak free connection.
